Dip pre treatment process

The jobs are loaded in a basket. The basket is lifted with a hoist (manually)/ transporter (semi-automatic / automatic) & dipped in various chemical tanks as per required chemical process.

Sand Blasting

Abrasive grit blasting, or sand blast cleaning, is a surface treatment process widely used in a variety of different industries with many diverse purposes. Abrasive blasting is the process by which an abrasive media is accelerated through a blasting nozzle by means of compressed air. Absolut Coats also provides sand blasting facility to its customers.

Walk-in & Conveyor oriented batch type powder coating oven

Oven Size: 30*10*10 ft (One of the biggest ovens in MIDC) which tends us to do a job size limiting up to 30 feet. Type of oven: Batch type oven along with trolleys and doors. 4nos. Blowers installed to the oven to increase and decrease even temperature all around the oven.

Powder Coating Booth

A carbon steel powder coated spray chamber with multi-cyclone recovery gives almost 100% powder recovery. Maintenance free and has a long life. Easy to clean and is safe to operate. No powder spillage out of the booth and maximum recovery through multi-cyclone results in desired pollution control. Accessories connected to the booth: 1. Multi-cyclone(Powder recovery Unit) 2. Epoxies are durable, offer excellent hardness and have arguably the best chemical and corrosion resistance of all available powders. Epoxies adhere to metals extremely well, with various pre-treatments of the metal providing excellent adhesion, including phosphate coating and sand blasting. .
Pure polyester offers good mechanical resistance. Polyesters will also provide good over bake resistance to yellowing, which makes them really easy to use and standard polyester will offer 1-3 years of good UV resistance, so they work well for all interior and some exterior application.
As the name suggests these excellent value powders offer superior durability when compared with standard polyester. Not only is their color and gloss protection better, but they also provide better humidity and corrosion resistance.
These hybrids remain closely related to pure epoxies but offer superior weather degradation properties. The polyester will enhance the over bake resistance when compared with a straight epoxy and they also create ultra smooth, thin films. Hybrids can be used on items that require good cosmetic appeals.

Fluoropolymers are typically used in architectural markets due to their phenomenal weathering properties and world class colour and gloss retention.
Urethanes offer a very smooth finishing and very good exterior durability as well as excellent chemical and corrosion resistance which make them ideal for things like fuel tanks.
